Lately I’ve been doubting what I once believed was true
And I’m afraid I might start to fall away from you
I’ve often prayed that you would always keep me from deceit
And so today my prayer is that you’ll help my unbelief
Help my unbelief
Give me eyes to see you
Help my unbelief
Lead me to your truth
Give me ears to hear the words
You want to speak to me
Grant me faith that I might know you;
Help my unbelief
Lord, so many people teach so many different views
And it’s so hard to know for sure which ones are just confused
So I just want to sit and learn from you and no one else
I’ve decided I just have to know you for myself
